Gorgeous One Of A Kind Certified Natural Pitambari Blue Red Sapphire Doublet 925 Silver Chain Necklace 18. 18.85 ct - Stone 15.3x15.8x8.53 mm - 14 Grams. Vintage chain with new pendant setting & stone. I don't know how to tell if the certification is accurate on natural vs lab created. This seems to be two sapphires fused together to create a doublet.
