A large stunning Rose Quartz amulet with opalescent stone accent hangs from this necklace of smooth and faceted round rose quartz beads. The quartz beads are separated in set of three by various sterling silver finding styles on this 17 necklace. The small round stone atop the amulet lid is opalescent. The amulet is hinged and the top 10mm is hollowed out to store a small remembrance, a pill or powder.

The pendant style is often referred to as a poison pill amulet.
